Job Description: <Responsabilities> You will be responsible for development and operation as a startup member of a new business. The assigned business will be determined based on the intentions and aptitudes of the individual and the status of the organization. In some cases, you may be asked to oversee development as a lead engineer or take charge of member management. <Examples of new business development> ・ Business through a business capital alliance with a Pharmacy group ・ Self-care platform business ・ Marketing support business for pharmaceutical companies ・ Doctor support platform business ・ Home healthcare platform business, etc. ・ Solution business for companies utilizing AI technology (Medical company MR education support, employee mental health/health support, etc.) <Specific business content> ・ Design, development and operation of new business planning ・ Plan, design, and develop new applications * With big pharmacy group with a drug base and a customer base of over 1,000 stores nationwide, Utilizing the assets of both companies, we are planning a community-based healthcare service with "IT x Real". <Working charm> ・ Transparent “what neighbors are doing” through retrospective meetings and information sharing meetings ・ Sharing of examples and codes leads to quality improvement of service creation such as early bug detection. ・ Active investment in skill improvement (Tech support up to 120,000 yen per person / Development camp / Study session / Support for RubyKaigi participation, etc.) ・ There is a technical adviser who is good at Rails' knowledge and can consult easily.

Required Skills: Essential skills / experience ・ Web application development experience in Ruby on Rails ・ Experience creating test using RSpec etc. ・ Code review experience Welcome Information ・ I constantly upgrade Ruby on Rails and related RubyGems. ・ Develops and publishes RubyGems ・ Development experience using GitHub Flow ・ Contributing to OSS ・ Experience leading a project ・ Experience holding and presenting study sessions The desired person image ・ Person who has strong technical inquisitiveness and has published the output on GitHub etc. ・ Those who can work constructively while communicating closely with marketing and planning staff in the development of new services ・ People who are eager to be involved in the consistent work of planning, designing, developing, operating, and renovating their services ・ People who want to lead the development of Ruby on Rails and create teams and culture together ・ Those who can sympathize with their philosophy and human resources values
