In addition, since they aim to launch 300 businesses in 10 years, they need an engineering manager who can take a proactive role in anything to achieve business success and grow people and organizations. [Business description] ■ Main business contents ・ People management (1on1, goal setting, organization design, psychological security) ・ Project management (planning in line with business objectives, development process improvement, problem solving including technical aspects) ・ Recruitment / training / system (planning and promotion of recruitment strategy, system design, public relations activities) ・ Communication with other departments, business managers and management in promoting the above contents ■ Specific areas of responsibility Since the business fields are diverse, we will determine the business field in charge according to experience and aptitude during interviews and after joining the company.
