In addition, since the company monitors and operates both on-premises and in the cloud, there are many opportunities to come into contact with the environment and acquire a wide range of knowledge. 「Job」 ・Alert Monitoring  On-premise to cloud monitoring operations and escalation support.  LED status check of servers and network devices in the data center. ・Primary failure response  Hardware failure response (log collection, adjustment, on-site repair).  Checking server resource usage.  Respond to failures of the company's services and coordinate with related business units. ・Account Management  Cloud related services such as AWS / GCP, Zabbix account issuance and operation management. ・Server Construction  Initial server setup - OS installation, network configuration. ・Continuous Operational Improvement  In order to achieve the ideal state of system operation, we consider the reduction of human error, elimination of human operation, compliance, and stable operation as KSF (success factors), and conduct improvement activities from the three perspectives of automation, standardization, and visualization. 「Attraction of this position」 Attraction of MSP Team, Service Operation Group ・You will be able to experience a wide range of services, from monitoring to operation and maintenance. ・This is an environment where you can experience everything from on-premise construction to cloud operations through your work. ・Even if you don't have enough skills, you can discuss and follow up with your team. As the company is involved in the operation and monitoring of a wide range of services, they will provide you with training and other lecture periods before you start your shift so that you can work smoothly after joining the company. After that, you will join the shift team and become involved in the actual operation work. In addition, you will be able to improve operational tasks on a daily basis and grow as an engineer with a wide range of skills.

Required skills

〇Required 1. 1+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer (monitoring, operations) 2. Practical experience in Linux OS operation (practical experience in troubleshooting and investigating bottlenecks) 3. Experience in Python and GAS development 4. Able to work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (day and night shifts) ※All of the above (1 to 4) are required.
