Job Description: Attend sales negotiations and provide support from a technical perspective Estimation, implementation, and report preparation for security diagnosis (diagnosis covers web/smartphone application/cloud/platform/IoT) Conducting debriefing sessions for customers Technical communication with customers Study and implementation to standardize diagnosis technology Planning, management, and development of diagnostic tools　 Technical support for team members Management of team members Cooperation with other departments from a technical perspective Until now, the company has been providing security services as a "group specializing in technical capabilities. Recently, the number of new projects and repeat requests from existing clients has been increasing, and the company has been hiring more engineers to meet the demand, but there is a lack of personnel who can lead projects and manage the organization. However, we are facing a shortage of people who can lead projects and manage the organization. (Currently, the general manager leads projects and manages the team by himself. As we are planning to expand the organization, you will be supporting the general manager in building relationships with clients (attending business meetings, holding debriefing sessions, etc.) and performing diagnostic work yourself. In the future, you will be expected to lead other diagnostic members and manage the team.

Required Skills: [Required] Experience in the following two points is required Experience in conducting security assessment as a practical job (web application or platform assessment) Experience in working with customers (responding to inquiries, attending business meetings, conducting debriefing sessions, incident response, project management) [Experience and skills in the following areas are welcome] Experience in system development (Go and TypeScript development experience is especially welcome) Experience building infrastructure Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), Firebase, and development experience using them Experience in project management Experience in team management [Communication] English : Not required Japanese : Business level
