Job Description: The company is looking for a QA Engineer to perform quality control in the Product Development Department. The mission of this position is to contribute to the quality improvement of each product service, focusing on the test planning and implementation of the company's main products, such as accounting support web service (Remota), AI engine API service (Robota), electronic invoice sending and receiving platform (PEPPOL), and other services. <Main Role> ・With a viewpoint of continuously nurturing products that are easy to use for customers, you will implement a series of QA flows such as planning, designing, and executing tests for in-house developed products. As a QA engineer, you are expected to bring objective feedback to the team based on points that developers are not fully aware of. ・Testing operations (test planning, test design, test execution, feedback) ・Clarification of release criteria ・QA tester management ＜Structure of the Development Team＞ The QA Engineer will join the Product Development Department, which is developing through scrum, and work with the QA Manager and several tester members. ＜Recruitment Background＞ The main users of the company's services are enterprise customers with sales of 100 billion yen or more and listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The company cannot compromise on the quality of its service in order to ensure that its customers can use it with peace of mind. Previously, the company's main product was Robota, which provides AI modules via API integration, but recently, Remota has been introduced as a platform that allows users to directly see and operate the screen. The complexity of the functions offered has dramatically increased the number of items to be checked, and the rapid increase in the number of users has made it necessary to ensure stable operation. In addition, the company plans to release an electronic invoice sending/receiving platform as a new service, and is looking for a QA engineer to join the team in order to provide a service that can be used safely by even more users, improve quality, and expand the business.

Required Skills: ★Even if you do not have experience as a QA engineer, please apply if you meet the following essential and preferred skills. [Required] ・Experience in testing (3 years or more) ・Experience in QA work in web services ・Experience in test automation (Autify, MagicPod, Mabl, etc.) [Preferred] ・Build release criteria and test flow ・Interested in AI quality assurance (AI quality judgments are created together with CS.) ・Defect status analysis/management ・Experience in non-functional testing (design in accordance with actual conditions in cooperation with SRE and CS) ・JSTQB certified test engineer qualification [Ideal Applicants] ・Willing to adopt new technologies as they emerge, without being wedded to the technologies of the past ・Value working in a team-oriented environment ・Value completing large tasks ・Intellectually curious and like highly technical teams ■Value The company values the following ideas.
