Job Description

Artificial intelligence (AI) that uses machine learning requires prior learning, and the performance of the resulting AI varies greatly depending on the quality and quantity of the teacher data used for learning. Therefore, a large amount of high quality teacher data is required to develop excellent AI. This teacher data is created by both human power and the use of systems, and the company requires a large amount of teacher data, so a large number of members are working on this task. They are looking for an engineering team manager to organize the team that creates the "teacher data" that supports this state-of-the-art technology. Your responsibilities will include developing superior annotation tools that produce high quality and fast teacher data, and working with AI scientists to build higher performance AI. Their main product is an automatic input support system that uses AI technology to read text from analog (paper) documents and import it into the system as structured data.
