Job Description: As a new business of the company, the DAAE Department has been established to promote the creation and growth of various new BtoC/BtoB products in a comprehensive manner. In this position, you will be responsible for everything from project promotion to the creation of an engineering organization as the Tech Lead of the DAAE Department. ■Recruitment Background As a result of new business expansion, new product development teams are being established one after another, and you will be asked to lead one or more teams of engineers in these product development teams to establish technical standards, raise the quality level, and increase the value of the products. ■Responsibilities ・Technology lead in new business ・Technology selection, feasibility verification, architecture design ・Product development direction ・Development organization branding The DAAE Department participates from the planning stage in the "creation of things" for the company and its customers, and pursues the development of services that will be supported by users. In FY2023, which began in September 2021, the company entered its third fiscal year and reorganized into a team structure that is more committed to service development as an organization. In this position, you will be able to work on small to large scale product development projects for a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of industries, in addition to our own. ■Attractiveness of this position ・Product development system to realize SHIFT3000 (consolidated sales of 300 billion yen) ・Various product development themes (0→1, 1→10, 10→100) are being promoted concurrently, allowing us to accumulate experience in various phases of product development. ・Development team and environment can be set up with discretion, including development from scratch, team building, and technology selection, including cutting-edge technologies. ・With an overwhelming service planning team that is focused on expanding customer sales, there are many opportunities to work together with the planning team to develop cool products. ・Product managers, marketers, designers, full-stack engineers, and back-end engineers work together as one team to create a product development system. ・New businesses are created by a fusion of members with diverse backgrounds from consulting firms, advertising agencies, major SIers, and web-based companies. ・In addition to client work and in-house product development, there are many dynamic product development themes based on M&A, capital and business alliances, etc. ・Quick decision-making through frequent discussions with management

Required Skills: 【Required】・Experience in service planning, development, and operation (design and development of new functions and modification of existing functions) for the company or client companies ・Experience in development and operation in a cloud environment ・Lead product development team based on technical background ・Optimization of development process, standardization, and environment ・Selection of architecture and frameworks 【Preferred】・Experience as CTO or Tech Lead ・Experience negotiating with customers and product owners ・Experience improving team output (code, design, production process) ・Experience developing in scrum 【Ideal Applicants】・Empathy with the company's business and vision ・Able to work with ambition, motivation and a sense of responsibility ・Able to accept things honestly ・Able to work proactively
