Job Description

【Your role】 You will be responsible for defect analysis and improvement activities to improve the quality of SaaS services, duties to lead overall quality management, and overall quality management operations, utilizing your expertise in system development/QA/security! 【Responsibilities】 ・Formulate strategies for quality improvement and assurance ・Formulate quality control plan and overall test plan including development process ・Coordination with development and business teams, quality management, and issue progress management ・Provide feedback on the results of failure and quality analysis during the development phase and after release ・Test automation from requirement definition to implementation and operation

Required skills

【Required】 ・Experience in the testing process of systems in web services Or management experience in quality control department ・Experience in line management (e.g., goal management/OKR/member evaluation) ・Experience in KPI setting and problem solving ・Experience in member training ・Experience in creating test items ・Experience using testing tools (bug tracking systems, test management tools, etc.) 【Preferred】 ・English language skills ・Experience using test automation tools (Selenium, UFT, etc.) ・Experience using load testing tools (JMeter, etc.) ・Experience using source code static analysis tools
