Job Description

With this mission, they develop and provide an "integrated management platform" that integrates, automates, and streamlines not only accounting software but also all back-office operations, creating an environment in which anyone can freely and easily manage their businesses. The company's global engineering team's mission is to support rapid product and business growth with technology by gathering talented engineers and engineering leaders, both in Japan and overseas, and building a team that is comparable to the domestic development team. You will be working with that team to develop a new product, a product related to project management. This product is a relatively new product in the company, focusing on areas such as project management, man-hour management, and cost accounting. They are in a phase where they need to flexibly decide what they are going to do as a team, and this is an environment where they can work on product development with discretion. The company is looking for a colleague to join the global engineering team to develop the above. 【Responsibilities】 ■Planning, design, implementation, testing, measurement, and improvement of assigned products ■Take ownership of the product, and solve problems and improve the product, technology, UI/UX, development organization, etc. in a broad sense.

Required skills

◇ MUST ■3+ years of experience working as a software engineer in a Japanese language environment (regardless of language) ■Capable of working as a software engineer using English ■Interest and experience spanning front-end, back-end, and infrastructure ◇ WANT ■Experience in leading development teams. ■Experience designing, developing and operating services from scratch ■Experience developing in Ruby on Rails.
