The UI/UX Lead Designer is a position that constantly aims to provide a pleasant experience to users through the product, expanding the scope of his/her own work and doing whatever is necessary, collaborating with the product manager and engineers, and creating designs that attract and excite the users. In this position, you will be involved from concept design to implementation based on design principles that focus on a diverse range of users, not only in Japan but also globally, to achieve high-quality design on a variety of platforms. ■Responsibilities Design quality proposals, including conceptual and abstract visions, and design outputs that reach Beatrust's products and users throughout the design process. Improve design quality through effective presentation and work with engineers to implement designs. Communicate closely with product managers and development engineers to conduct ongoing product reviews in line with the definition of product functionality and output requirements Understanding and analyzing the opinions of clients and product users, and working with product managers and engineers to create designs that will lead to better product growth. 【Required】 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design of web services 3+ years of experience in HTML/CSS coding Experience in front-end implementation (designing with implementation in mind) Experience creating wireframes Experience designing and developing with a team that includes engineers, product managers, and other professionals Able to actively participate in product specification discussions and propose optimal UI/UX designs Experience with Sketch and Zeplin or other design related tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) Experience in design process based on user feedback (user interviews, data analysis, etc.) English: Business level or heigher(especially in Reading & Writing) 【Preferred】 Implementation of jQuery and other simple JavaScript Experience in mobile and native app design and development Japanese: Daily conversational level or heigher (all nationalities are welcome)
