Job Description: 【Recruitment Background】 The company's design organization is involved in a wide range of design work, including web promotion for existing and new services, print media (brochures, flyers), and product UIUX design. In order to expand and strengthen the organization, the company is looking for a leader candidate who will promote design from a management perspective and contribute to further service growth and maximize team results. 【Business】 The nursing care industry is dominated by small- and medium-sized nursing care providers, many of whom face management challenges. The company supports the management and work style reforms of such nursing care providers with its industry-specific SaaS. The service offers more than 40 services and functions, including long-term care insurance billing, operational support, financial support, recruiting support, purchasing support, and M&A. The service helps reduce staff burden caused by operational inefficiencies and improve management. As a result, they help nursing care providers provide stable, high-quality care services. More than 30,000 facilities are already using the service, and they continue to take on further challenges, such as marketing and business development using this asset. 【Your Role】 The mission of the design team is to provide value through design by working across multiple departments, including marketing, customer success, and development, to visualize user value* and improve the experience. The current design team consists of less than 10 members and is responsible for marketing communication design and service design. The former is responsible for communicating with users in the acquisition and nurturing funnel through creativity, while the latter is responsible for product UIUX design. In this position, you will be involved in overall more effective planning and operation of marketing communication design and service design from a bird's eye view. You will also be responsible for the management of the design organization, strategy formulation, recruitment, training, and information dissemination to further spread the design culture. *Visualization of user value: Visualize the problems users want to solve and the negative and positive aspects of using the service (Pain & Gain) using frameworks such as customer journey. ＜Responsibilities＞・Quality control of design output ・Planning and promotion of improvements through PDCA cycle in cooperation with marketing, customer success, and other departments ・Design and promote infrastructure to improve design efficiency, such as design systems and guidelines ・Design and implement user experience design for the entire service and user research as needed ・UIUX design of products in collaboration with PM and development (from requirement definition to prototyping, conducting usability tests, etc.) (Management) ・Design team strategy development ・Team management (goal setting and evaluation, project prioritization and staffing) ・Team schedule and task progress management, design work support ・Recruitment and member training etc. 【Attraction of this position】・This team is the company's first in-house design organization, and was just launched in 2019. Required Skills: 【MUST】・Experience in taking ownership of a service or product and continuously improving it ・Any of the following is required, with a total of 3+ years of experience 　・UI/UX design of smartphone applications 　・UI/UX design for websites and web services 　・Experience working with engineers 　・Must have N1 certification. 【WANT】・Experience in designing BtoB services ・Experience designing and conducting user research and usability testing internally and externally ・Experience managing and directing projects in collaboration with other departments ・Systematic knowledge of UX strategy and experience in strategy development ・Experience in deriving insightful interpretations from quantitative and qualitative data
