▼Overview
You will be entrusted with the formation and management of the engineering organization at this company, which is 80% engineers.
You will be involved in organization development and management as well as client work and hiring engineers and directors in collaboration with the HR team.

Member evaluation and training
Creation of mechanisms within the development organization
Balancing the organization's workload and schedule
Dialogue, explanation, and coordination with executives, managers, and leaders
Recruitment and branding of engineers

Your job duties will be as varied as the above.
You will be a candidate for VPoE (Head of Development Organization) who will be at the center of the engineering team and lead the organization.
You will understand the company's policies and MVVM, and create an organization of engineers.

・Experience in managing an engineering organization of 10 or more engineers
・10+ years of experience in web service development
・Able to understand the technology and reduce it to feasible units.
・Able to talk with management and managers and make proposals from a technical perspective.
・Able to communicate with engineers according to their individual characteristics.
【Preferred】
・Experience as VPoE or CTO in a venture
・Experience in contract system development and operation
