Job Description: You will be responsible for building and operating the infrastructure and improving the development process for each of the company's group businesses. Your mission is to work with the business units of the company group to improve their products in line with business strategies. - Specifically, 　- Improving the availability of the company's group products 　- Improving the performance of applications and middleware to achieve fast response times 　- Automation of deployment and various operations 　- Build and operate monitoring environment for fault detection, capacity planning, security and development efficiency improvement 　- Build and operate an environment for stable and rapid development and CI of the company's group products 【Main technology stack/tools used】 - Web Server Side: Ruby on Rails, Go, PHP - Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis - Infrastructure: AWS (Athena, CloudFront, ECS (Fargate), Kinesis, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, S3, & more), Docker, Ansible, nginx, Fluentd - Repository Management: GitHub - CI/CD: CircleCI, CodePipeline, Github Action - Server Monitoring: Datadog, RollBar - IaC: Terraform Enterprise - Communication: Slack, Backlog, esa 【Team Composition】 Five team members are managing about 30 services and about 50 AWS accounts for the company's group. The team is made up of members from various backgrounds such as the game industry, orange SNS, major EC sites, and major Japanese manufacturers. Required Skills: ◆Required Infrastructure construction and operation skills using IaC and using cloud services such as AWS Skills in building and operating databases and middleware Programming experience (regardless of language) Ability to solve problems at the time of failure or under heavy load Capacity planning and capacity control according to load and cost ◆Preferred Practical experience in operating large-scale web services Experience in building and operating using container technology Experience in CI/CD construction and operation Experience with RDBMS and tuning Security related work Interested in SRE team building ◆Ideal Applicants Able to challenge new knowledge and techniques without fear of failure.
