仕事内容: 〈職務内容〉・開発チームとしての、先進的な物流プラットフォームの開発への貢献・プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協力した新機能の実装・スプリントプランニングやデイリースタンドアップなど、アジャイルなプロセスでの開発・チームワーク、ブレインストーミング、コードレビューを通じてのスキルの向上・デジタルフォワーディングや物流コンセプトへの知見の向上 [What will you do?] ・ Join our development team to enhance our advanced logistics platform. ・ Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features. ・ Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. ・ Grow your skills through teamwork, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. ・ Expand your knowledge in digital forwarding and logistics concepts.

求められるスキル: Requirements: 〈必須条件〉・バックエンドエンジニアとしての実務経験（2年以上）・Ruby、Ruby on Railsの理解。他の言語（Go、Pythonなど）での経験でもよいですが、バックエンドのほとんどがRubyで書かれているため、Rubyの経験があると良い・システムアーキテクチャ、データ構造、デザインパターンの十分な理解・SQLデータベースの取り扱い経験・知的好奇心が旺盛で、新しい課題に挑戦する意欲があること・新しい技術を迅速に学び、そして適応する能力・自律的に作業し、効果的に時間を管理する能力・ロジスティクス分野の概念を学ぶ意欲・優れたコミュニケーションスキルと技術文書を作成する能力 [What do you need to be successful in this role?] ・ 2+ years experience as a back-end engineer ・ Good understanding of Ruby, Ruby and Rails. You may substitute this experience with other languages such as Go, Python, etc., but as most of the back-end is written in Ruby, you must be comfortable with using Ruby ・Good level of understanding systems architecture, data structures, and design patterns ・Some experience in dealing SQL databases ・Intellectually curious and eager to take on new challenges ・Fast learning and being able to adapt to new technologies ・Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ・Motivation to learn digital forwarding and logistics concepts ・Good communication skills and ability to write technical documentation Preferred Experiences: 〈歓迎要件〉・英語でのコミュニケーション能力、もしくはその挑戦をしたい精神・クラウドインフラ（AWS、GCPなど）の経験・サイバーセキュリティ要件を組み込んだプラットフォームの構築経験・フロントエンドまたはフルスタックの経験（Javascript、React、Node.jsなど） [What is good for you to have?] ・Communication skills in Japanese, or the willingness to take on that challenge ・Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) ・Experience with building platforms that incorporate cybersecurity requirements ・Full-stack or front-end experience (Javascript, React, Node.js, etc.)
