Job Description: <Job description> Launched a new business centered on the physician-dedicated community site, which is their core business, You will be responsible for the front-end development of other existing services. * The assigned business and assignment will be determined in consideration of the intentions and aptitudes of the individual and the status of the organization. <Target services> ・ Community site dedicated to doctors ・ Career Support Business ・ Online medical consultation service by doctors ・ A dietary coordination service by a dietitian ・ Other new services <Specific business content> ・ Front-end development using JavaScript ・ Front end related technical proposal and implementation ・ Technology selection for new startup business ・ Improvement of site UI / UX ・ Front-end coding <Working charm> ・ Transparent “what neighbors are doing” through retrospective meetings and information sharing meetings ・ Sharing of examples and codes leads to quality improvement of service creation such as early bug detection. ・ Aggressive investment in skill improvement (tech support, development camps, study sessions, conference participation support, etc. up to 120,000 yen per person per year) ・ Besides the front end, you can also participate in the development of server side and DevOps if you wish.
