They are working to provide better value to our users and further develop the business. 【Job】 You will be responsible for the development and operation of the company's VR video applications. ・Design / implementation / refactoring of DMM VR video application ・Verification, implementation, and operation of frameworks, libraries, etc. ・Researching and responding to the impact of the evolution of the Unity development platform ・Training of application engineers 【Attraction of this position】・You will be able to work on application development issues unique to large scale services and enhance your skills as an application engineer. ・You can be involved in the VR industry, which is expected to expand further in the future, and gain skills and development experience. ・In addition to smartphone apps, you can experience the development of various devices including the latest devices such as apps for various HMDs. 　Also, since you will be in charge of a wide range of areas such as server side, development support tools, CI/CD, etc., you can get technical knowledge related to overall application development. ・This is a great opportunity for someone who can utilize their experience as an engineer and be aware of how the products they develop contribute to KPIs (sales, etc.) to expand their skills. 「Development System / Work Environment」 ◆About Video Distribution Division Number of offices: 2 (Tokyo / Ishikawa) Number of development members: 80+ people They have several small teams, and each team has its own mission, and they conduct agile development to achieve it. ◆About the team you will be assigned to (VR Application Team) They develop and operate VR applications for smartphones and VR applications for HMDs. The team consists of one product owner and five development members. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to communicate with other development teams, sales, operations, and user support. ◆Business Environment Target devices: iOS, Android, Oculus, Windows VR, Windows MR, etc. Development language: C# (main development) / Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java, etc. (plug-in development) Framework: Unity IDE: VSCode, Visual Studio, etc. (free choice) Project Management: GitHub Enterprise / JIRA Design: Figma Information sharing tools: Slack / Confluence / Zoom / Google Meet Data analysis: Firebase Analytics / re:dash / Google Analytics ※You can work remotely for most of the work. ※In order to work remotely, the company will lend you the necessary equipment for development, such as PC, display, and terminals for verification (smartphone/HMD, etc.) ※The company adopts a open space system in the office.

Required Skills: <Required> ・Experience working on Unity application projects, including design, development, release, and operation ・Experience/knowledge in selecting technologies for team development ・Experience in implementing and continuously improving architectures (MVVM, CleanArchitecture, etc.) ・Understanding of plugins, libraries, and packages for Unity <Preferred> ・Leadership/management experience ・Experience in analyzing quantitative data and leading to improvement actions based on it ・Experience of being involved in the development of not only the client side but also the entire system including the server side (API) ・Experience building an app development environment (Unity editor extension, Lint, CI/CD, automatic code generation, etc.) ・Experience developing iOS/Android/Windows store applications ・Experience in UI/UX design and UI/UX improvement through user testing ・Experience in training application engineers 【Ideal Applicants】・Able to identify issues for users, development teams, and stakeholders, think about how to resolve them, and put them into action. ・Able to analyze and understand business issues quantitatively and scientifically. ・Able to openly share, collaborate, and resolve their own initiatives and concerns ・Able to proactively catch up with new technologies and businesses
