A robust platform is needed to securely manage 29 million members' information and to use services stably. In addition, we provide a support system such as member inquiries and help, and we are seeking how members can use their services comfortably without getting lost. [Business description] You will be responsible for the development and operation of APIs and Web applications for the member platform used by each service. The system in charge is one of the following. ■ Member system Development and operation of a system that performs various authentication and registration of member information in order to use services. ■ Customer support system Development and operation of customer support systems such as DMM user inquiry management, Q & A management, and introduction of AI chat. [Why do] With the expansion of the company services, there is an urgent need to expand the platforms that support the services.
