You will utilize automated tests to address such issues and match the customer's accelerated development speed. And you will be responsible to move towards the success of the product. ■ Specific work content ・ Technical lead in the project -Requirement definition, architecture design -Development of test automation strategy -CI environment construction ・ Customer support -Requirement hearing, work report -Evaluation, analysis, and optimization after service deployment ・ Technology development for the purpose of developing new solutions -Research of cutting-edge technologies and techniques -Development/selection of software test tools -In-house standardization of new services -Drafting a company-wide education plan to improve technical capabilities ■ Other Although it is a listed company, it is still a venture company that is still growing and has a sense of speed and is rich in changes. Although it has become a relatively large venture company, it is a flat organization with close distances between management, executives, managers, and members, and mutual communication.

Required Skills: [Required] ・ 3 years or more development experience in Java or object-oriented language ・Team management experience of 5 people in a software development project or 3 years or more management experience ・ High communication ability ・ Experience writing report ・ English ability to read simple technical documents 【Welcome】・ Experience related to test automation and continuous integration (automatic test using xUnit / Selenium etc., business improvement using CI tools such as Jenkins) ・ Experience building environment using cloud services ・ Experience of Linux command operation/shell script/middleware installation ・ Interest and interest in improving the process of software development using tools
