Job Description: The company's mission is to experience designing new AI products and functions. Through teamwork with members from various backgrounds, the company will continue to approach the solution of social issues while increasing customer value of products/services and growing products. Job description> ・Interaction design, UI design ・Prototyping for hypothesis verification In addition, if possible ・Depending on the situation, we may also be in charge of the following tasks. ・Understanding customers to solve social issues, reviewing customer journeys, and defining UX policies ・Product design, information design (object definition) ・Visual design such as graphic design and guideline development Team mission and scale Mission: Designing products and services for "realizing social issues and industrial innovation using AI" Number of designers: 7 (180+ people in total) 「Scope and role 」・UX designer User understanding, customer journey formulation, experience design, feature study, information design B.UI design, interaction design, information design (object definition) (*Consult us for scope depending on your specialty) ・UX engineer Design system production and maintenance Prototyping, front-end development ・Design consultant Experience design in AI project (client work) Product phases and challenges Each team has different product phases. Challenges depend on each phase. 1. From the concept phase 2.MVP provided 3.PSF (Problem-Solution Fit) being verified 4. PMF (Product Market Fit) verification in progress Approach to design They need strong products that create an impact on social issues, and believe that design is important as a role that drives product design for end-user understanding.
