Job Description: You will be responsible for both, developing your own service and working on client projects. The ratio will vary depending on the situation, Platform's own service, 50% of in-house projects: 50% of client projects will be involved in the business. For the work of the engineer this time, a ratio of 30% for the back end and 70% for the front. (It changes from time to time depending on the matter/service status. They are looking for someone who can respond to that change) ■ Development and production of client projects ■ System construction using Ruby on Rails-Development of "HR Tech" service "Logi Deli" in the logistics and delivery industry- ■ Development of other in-house tools and services ■ Improvement and development of in-house services ■ Server construction using AWS [Development and production environment] ・ Development environment: Docker -Server: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.) -Database: MySQL ・ Server side: Ruby ・ Framework: Ruby on Rails -Front end: HTML5, CSS3, Sass, JavaScript ・ Payment tool: Stripe -Version control: GitHub ・ Project management: Jooto, Trello -Document management: Kibera ・ Chat tools: Slack, Chatwork ・ Development terminal: Mac Windows can be selected

Required Skills: [Must] ■ 2 years or more of work experience as an engineer (approximate) ■ Work experience in HTML and CSS coding (required) ■ Knowledge and experience of JavaScript ■ Development experience using Ruby ■ Development experience using Ruby on Rails ■ Has server-side knowledge such as AWS ■ Development experience using Git and GitHub [Want] ■ Development experience with PHP ■ Development experience with SaaS ■ Development experience of cloud computing such as AWS ■ Development in LAMP (Linux / Apache / MySQL / PHP) environment ■ Database design experience ■ Development experience of the member registration site ■ Search system development experience ■ Development of web apps and smartphone apps (iOS, android) The person they want ■ Those who can create with a team or company instead of individual play ■ Those who can be rewarded not only for contract production but also for both in-house services ■ Those who can enjoy dramatic changes even if they occur ■ Those who are willing to create a company together as a founding member of Platform
