Job Description: ■Recruitment Background In recent years, the range of projects that have been commissioned to the company has expanded from product and service design to strategy and organizational design, and they have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from companies and industries that have not actively adopted design in the past. They are not limiting their work to digital design, but are expanding their scope to include service design and CX design. The company's UI designers are responsible for outputting what users see in a consistent manner from the strategy phase to the surface, but client issues are changing on a daily basis, and it is not possible to provide essential value simply by proceeding with a project using existing processes. In order to "prove the power of design," it is necessary to continue to work on solving problems by expanding the field of design without being bound by existing means. Against the backdrop of such business expansion, the company is looking for an individual who can play an active role as a UI designer. ■Your Role You will work side-by-side as a design partner with a wide range of clients, from major Japanese companies to start-ups, to provide value to clients and users through a deep understanding of the project and design outputs. ■Responsibilities Study and conceptualize solutions to solve customer and user issues Promotion of UI design and web design areas in projects Design with attention to detail Tools used/development environment Design creation: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch Team communication: Slack, Zoom, Strap Documentation: Strap, Notion, Keynote Issues Creative jumps redefine the industry Experience design across user touchpoints Attractive marketing and customer success that grabs the hearts and minds of users and does not let go Accompanying to PMF to lead new business to success ■What you can get Environment for growth as a designer The company's designers come from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, and we have created a culture of learning from each other without being limited by years of experience or titles. Required Skills: 【Required】 In the area of websites, web services, applications, etc. 3+ years of experience in UI design work Experience in design concept planning to design by oneself Experience in graphic production (banners, icons, etc.) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. 【Preferred】 Experience in client work Experience driving projects with other team members, including external partners Skills in verbalizing and communicating design intent Experience developing products in collaboration with engineers Experience designing and conducting user and usability tests Experience in directing and quality checking ■Ideal Applicants Empathy with the company's Vision/Mission/Values.
