Job Description: You will be assigned to the Design Division (client work). The role of a UX designer is to stand at the front of the line. In addition, they think it is important not only to manage the process and progress from upstream to downstream, but also to maintain good communication with clients, facilitate good collaboration, and build teams. For this reason, the company's basic policy is not to take on more than one project at a time, but to make a full-time commitment to one client for six months to a year. In addition, there are many members who are active in a wide range of fields beyond the realm of their titles, including speaking at events and facilitating workshops, depending on their experience and orientation. There is also an opportunity for the lead level to provide guidance to the junior member level UX designers.
