Job Description: This position is for a lead UI designer for their in-house services, "ReDesigner", a career support service for designers, and "ReDesigner for Student", a job hunting support platform for students who want to become designers. Currently, ReDesigner is a team of 14 people including the business manager, career designers, engineers and designers. This time, they would like to ask you to join them as a lead designer across all services, from product design to branding. 【Job Details】 Digital product design work ・ReDesigner ・ReDesigner for Student ・ReDesigner for freelance ・Communication Design Services ・Branding of the ReDesigner service suite ・Design of various event LPs and campaign LPs ・Design of event banners and advertising creatives ex. ReDesigner Social Impact Week What is ReDesigner? ReDesigner is a designer-focused career support service started by a design company, which launched a job hunting support platform for working adults in May 2018 and for students who want to become designers in June 2019. Their goal is to "create a society where designers can maximize their performance" by utilizing the discerning power of design companies to educate people about design itself, rather than just matching people.
