Job Description: The Data Science Group is responsible for the following tasks. ①Support for in-house DX production projects for corporate clients ②Internal support through data utilization ③Research and development of advanced technologies Job Description For the Data Scientist position, you will mainly be working on tasks related to ① and ② above. Specifically, the following tasks will be assigned to you. (For more detailed duties, you can consult with the company based on your expertise and career goals.) ①Support for DX in-house production projects for corporate clients Project support and consulting through technical support and project management related to data utilization Conduct training for DX staff at clients ②Internal support through data utilization Data analysis to improve service quality, support student learning, and formulate business strategies Development and operation of internal data infrastructure Creation of dashboards for service usage, sales information, and various KPIs Promotion of data democratization

Required Skills: 【Required】・1+ years of work experience in a data science related position (data scientist, data analyst, machine learning engineer, etc.) ・Basic knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing (G-test level) ・Experience implementing the following in Python 1.pandas 2.numpy 3.machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, etc.) Ability to read, write, and interact in Japanese (all at a level comparable to native speakers) 【Preferred】・Experience in designing and implementing pipelines for tasks and applications that perform classification, prediction, recommendation, optimization, etc. ・Experience in winning analytical competitions (e.g., gold and silver medals in Kaggle) ・Experience using machine learning related cloud services (BigQuery ML, Azure Machine Learning Studio, etc.) ・Experience developing and operating data infrastructure and MLOps infrastructure ・Experience in operating BI tools (Google Data Portal, Tableau, Looker, etc.) as an administrator ・Experience in using data to improve the quality of educational services ・Contributing to the developer community through writing technical blogs, speaking at study groups, committing to OSS, etc.
