Required Skills: 【Required】・3+ years of experience in system development as a system engineer. ※Net system, PHP, VB, SQL, COBOL, etc. ・Experience in basic design and detailed design. ・Knowledge of the industry and business of the client. ・Experience in project management as a leader and in mentoring and training young people. 【Preferred】・Experience in defining requirements. ・Willingness to absorb new technologies and knowledge. ・Experience working on global projects and working with foreign companies and people. ・Experience related to offshore development. ・Information processing qualification holder. ・High level of English proficiency. 【Ideal Applicants】・Results-oriented, with the ability to focus on and drive problem solving. ・Strong logical thinking. ・Open-minded, highly adaptable, and enjoy taking on new challenges. ・Teamwork spirit. ・Have a positive attitude and enjoy taking on challenges.
