Job Description: ■Recruitment Background The Product Management Department was newly established in April 2020, and is responsible for promoting the product business, which is a pillar of the mid-term management plan. The company is in the phase of creating new products (mainly SaaS) and is now in the phase of manufacturing. However, they are facing issues such as lack of full-stack engineers for launching new products and lack of standardization of technologies and development rules. ■Overview In the Product Management Department, you will be involved in the expansion of new product businesses. You will be responsible for a wide range of missions such as building and operating a system to create new businesses throughout the company, managing product businesses, and creating new businesses. They are planning to create 4 to 5 new businesses per year, and you will be involved in the product development of those businesses. ■Job Details 【Involved in MVP development and new product development】 As the technical lead for the launch of a new WorkTech (Work style DX) product such as a corporate meeting management support service, you will work with the product owner to develop the product based on the content of the plan. You will also be involved in MVP development at the launch of new products, selecting the development environment and server environment from scratch, and being involved in all processes including design and development. 【Participate as a technical lead in new product development】 You will be responsible for the selection of technologies and thinking about their construction before starting programming, from infrastructure design to application architecture. In addition, as a development leader of an agile development project, you will be responsible for quick development based on user stories from the product owner to improve the accuracy of functions. ■Attraction of this position 【An environment where you can fully demonstrate your technical skills】 Since this is a product development for a new business, it is attractive to be able to select technologies and build a modern development environment from scratch with discretion. Required Skills: 【MUST】・Experience in web application design and development ・Experience in table design and operation using RDBMS ・Experience in building environments related to AWS and Azure (at a level where you can build the necessary environment for development by yourself) 【WANT】・Experience in developing 0 → 1 services ・Experience developing and producing APIs or web applications using one of the following languages: Go, Node.js, C#, Python, Ruby, Java ・Experience in screen development using frameworks such as React, Nuxt, Angular, etc. ・Experience using AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. ・Experience with agile development such as Scrum/TDD/XP 【Ideal Applicants】・Desire to experience the business start-up process. ・Ability to accurately define specifications and technology selection based on requirements ・Ability to think and act on your own from a technical perspective in order to realize the content of the plan ・Attitude to take on challenges while collaborating with other teams and not limiting yourself to your own area of work.
