You will catch up with the needs of the company's more than 1,700 client companies and be responsible for Salesforce implementation proposals, system design, requirements definition, design, development, and test management. Required Skills: 【MUST】・Practical experience as a Salesforce implementation consultant/PM ・Experience in configuration design and development of CRM solutions such as Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Cloud) ・Experience in coding design and development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC: Lightning Web Component) for CRM solutions such as Salesforce ・Good communication skills to work with customer's system department and end user department. 【WANT】・Experience in development using an open development language other than Salesforce (Java or C#). ・Experience in Lightning Components development or front-end development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript. ・Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Developer) ・Experience in implementing other SaaS products ・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
