They are looking for people who will work with them to take on a major challenge that will shake up the industry! 【Job】 In order to ensure speedy and quality implementation of the new application currently under development, they decided to adopt Flutter as a cross-platform framework, keeping in mind that the application development will be carried out by a small number of people. The barriers to introducing a cross-platform framework into an existing app are not low, but they are proceeding with development using Flutter, which allows them to focus on everything from the UI at this point in time, which is possible because it is a new service. In future app development, they will continue to focus on cross-platform development, including Flutter, to provide speedier and higher quality apps. 【Team】 The development team currently consists of 33 members. Each member has a high awareness of the need to promote business growth, and they bring their own opinions to the development process, sometimes going beyond their own job responsibilities. In addition, as part of the organization's culture, there are cases in which members are selected for leadership positions regardless of their age, based on respect for their own aspirations. Required Skills: 【Required】 Experience in developing one or more of the following (*) Cross-platform 　- Experience developing applications using Flutter and ReactNative App 　- Experience developing iOS apps in Swift 　- Experience developing Android applications in Kotlin 　- Experience publishing and updating iOS or Android apps to app stores Web 　- Experience in SPA development 　- Experience with React and React Hooks 　- Experience with TypeScript 　- Experience developing with state management libraries (or equivalent) ※Although you will be developing in Flutter, experience with Flutter itself is not required, as long as you have experience and expertise in iOS, Android or web development and are willing to learn Flutter from the ground up. 【Preferred】 Experience in launching new services UI implementation experience with declarative UI (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, React) Experience in developing video-related functions Knowledge and development experience in CI / CD Knowledge of UnitTest and WidgetTest Knowledge of Riverpod, Freezed, FlutterHooks Familiarity with working in a remote environment (Slack, video conference based) Deep understanding and experience using Firebase related products Knowledge of web and app accessibility Experience reviewing others' code changes
