Job Description: It has been 17 years since Ameba Blog started its service. Due to the changes in business, organization, and products that have occurred during that time, the blogging system has faced a variety of challenges. In 2021, Ameba launched a blog renewal project to face these issues. In this project, they aim not only to solve the issues at hand, but also to reconfigure the system architecture and create an organization that can maintain productivity in order to make product development more productive in the future. 【Experiences through this project】 System migration from on-prem to public cloud Experience in rebuilding long-established, high-traffic services into ideal systems Able to think about both technical and organizational issues Able to think about system configurations that will keep productivity high 【Specific actions to resolve issues】 Architectural reconfiguration and technical validation of large-scale systems System migration to Ameba Platform running on AWS (migration to AWS, shift to Go language, etc.) Efforts to improve system stability (improve test code, optimize monitoring settings, etc.) Creation of a system and organizational structure that can maintain productivity (Four Keys measurement, development organization strategy formulation, design doc maintenance, etc.) 【Technology Used】 Go / Docker / Kubernetes / MySQL / memcached / Redis / ArgoCD / GitHub Actions / Terraform / Node.js / AWS Related Services(EKS, lambda) / etc.

Required Skills: 【Required】 3+ years of experience in web service system design and development (both BtoB and BtoC) *Maintenance only is not acceptable. 1+ years of experience developing in Go language or 1 year of experience developing large scale traffic services Knowledge of infrastructure, middleware, communications, browsers, etc. required for web service development. Experience in DevOps to improve development and operations (Git, CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.) Experience developing applications using RDBMS (MySQL) 【Preferred】 Knowledge and experience in communication control and load balancing to handle large-scale traffic 1+ years of development experience in Java Experience building and operating systems in the public cloud (AWS) Experience managing team members as a tech lead Experience migrating from an on-premise environment to a public cloud environment Experience in revamping legacy systems to modern systems Experience in developing technology strategies that look one to several years into the future
