They are looking for people who will not just create what they are told, but who understand the issues and needs of the users, and then proceed with development while discussing how to pursue a better experience. 【Job】 You will develop an iOS application for the “GO” cab app. The team consists of about 10 people including PdM, designers, QA, and engineers. You will be involved in the development of "GO" as part of a team of 10 people, including PdMs, designers, QAs, and engineers. In addition, since the team includes all the positions necessary for product development, it is possible to effectively conclude the Why, What, and How within the team. ・Functional improvements to improve the user's mobility experience ・Structuring and automation to improve the app development experience ・Propose functions that take advantage of new iOS features ・Develop new experiences and new functions in the mobility field that are not limited to cabs, such as “carpooling” and “ridesharing ・Investigation of user pains and development of functions to solve them 【Development Environment】 IDE: Xcode/AppCode Programming language: Swift Architecture: RIBs, MVVM CI/CD: Bitrise/DeployGate/Firebase/GitHub Actions Tool: XcodeGen, fastlane, CocoaPods 【About the Product Development Team】 Currently, they are based on the LeSS Framework (https://less.works/less/structure?preferred_lang=th) and are being developed in cross-departmental product development teams. 【Main events of the Product Development Team】 Monday: Sprint Planning Monday ~ Friday: Progress check with Daily Scrum Friday: Sprint review, retrospective As needed: Confirmation of specifications and consultation on implementation 【About iOS team】 Thursday: iOS team reviewing the most recent release and discussing each other's output of results and implementation through WinSession.
