Job Description: ■Recruitment Bakcground Clients require the company to participate in the upstream process of development projects based on our accumulated knowledge, and to provide PMO/QMO support with a focus on "quality". The company is looking for someone who can be responsible for the launch and expansion of PMO services as we aim for comprehensive problem solving using all the solutions of the group companies. ■Responsibilities 〇Project Manager Domain ・Team management (goal setting, coaching and development) ・Schedule management ・Management of budget, progress, issues, quality, deadlines, etc. ・Improvement proposals and policy development 〇PMO Expertise Domain ・Interviews on issues in system development projects ・Standardization of project management and operational support ・Visualize issues in the development/testing area, organize work, and promote projects ・Understanding of target system specifications and analysis of current status ・Establishment of project structure and overall management 〇QMO (Quality Management Officer) Quality Improvement Area ・Develop/propose quality assurance plans and testing strategies tailored to the project ・Unification of quality control standards/monitoring ・Planning/proposal/promotion of quality improvement measures ■Project Examples ・Project to establish a QA system for food & beverage/retail DX support application services ・Large-scale renewal project for a major in-house e-commerce site ・System integration/DX project for one of the leading educational/examination institutions in Japan ・Agile development support project for one of the largest CtoC (flea market app) platforms in Japan ■Attraction ・Outstanding Prime Ratio Prime deal ratio: 90% or more (as of March 15, 2021) Through customer negotiations and consulting proposals, you can experience the value provided to the users. ・Flexibility of working style Remote work ratio: 80% or more (as of March 15, 2021) Overtime work averaged 10.1 hours/month (actual results for the fiscal year ended August 2021) Many employees go home on time, allowing them to work in a way that suits their family environment. ・Atmosphere of Flatness An open environment where it is easy to express opinions regardless of position or age A chat culture is widely spread and communication within the department is proactive. ■Orientation ・Those who are engaged in project management and vendor control for about 10 people at a mid-sized SIer, but would like to eventually acquire management skills for large-scale projects, and would like to achieve career growth at a company with a solid customer base. ・Those who have gained experience in the development and management of business applications, but would like to work on a variety of advanced and socially beneficial services and acquire project management skills in a modern development environment. ・Those who have acquired general skills in the development process as a PL, but wish to establish their own area of expertise in the blue ocean market of "quality" in order to become a PM in the future. ・Those who have been involved in development projects for many years and have realized the importance of quality assurance, and who wish to utilize their experience in an environment where their abilities are fairly evaluated regardless of their age.
