Job Description
■Recruitment Environment In order to increase the value of work experience within the organization, the company is actively recruiting in this department as it strengthens its in-house development efforts. The engineering organization is expected to grow, and they are looking for members to expand the organization. The Information Systems Department is the back-office department responsible for internal services, and in particular, is the department that handles the provision of technology as a means to achieve this. The EX Development Group is responsible for the development function within this department, and has continued to develop in-house products and provide services to enhance the value of the work experience of employees. The SS/INF Development Team of the EX Development Group is responsible for building server-side and cloud-based infrastructure for web application system development. They are looking for colleagues who can grow with the service through DevOps-conscious development processes and service operations. ■Business Overview They develop/maintain in-house products to provide functionality that is one step short of existing SaaS and other services, based on the challenges faced by the company's back-end division. ■Project Examples ・Visitor appointment registration system Linking Google Calendar and the building building entrance pass issuing system, this system enables registration to the calendar and issuance of entrance passes by entering scheduled participants, meeting rooms, and visitor information from a single system. ・Form Creation System Systems that can create questionnaires and inquiry forms that can be linked to members. ・1-on-1 Management System A system that allows for regular 1-on-1 scheduling and agenda management, and 1-on-1 feedback can be notified to the target audience via a Slack Bot, etc. ■Responsibilities ・Design and develop the systems listed in the case examples ・Daily meeting participation and task board confirmation ・Proposal of problem-solving methods and each step of the next development process  ・Basic design, detailed design, logic review, test specification preparation  ・Implementation, code review, testing, and release work ・System infrastructure design and construction (mainly cloud computing)  ・Resource design and construction by Terraform  ・Monitoring design and construction by Datadog ■Business Overview ■About the Organization Section The Information Systems Department is the primary department responsible for providing internal IT services to the Group and manages the various resources required to do so. Many of the internal IT services provided include commercial products and SaaS from other companies, and there is a group within the department that handles these products and SaaS. On the other hand, the company is also promoting in-house development to optimize internal conditions. The EX Development Group exists as the group responsible for in-house development. Products vary in size, ranging from those of a global scale to those specialized in the operation of a particular department, but there are many things that can be done to improve the ease of working through ingenuity and development results. Planning and proposal, development, service operation, and user negotiation are consistently considered as the division of work. ■Department Policy Providing a service that "doesn't make you wait, doesn't bother you, and doesn't stop you." Using technology to visualize our own business processes and create a cycle of improvement, the company will implement a way of working that will serve as a role model for the entire company. ■Roles & Directions of the Organization Aim to "maximize productivity" by improving the "employee experience" across the board. Create a service that not only employees but also start-up companies will want to participate in. 「Development Environment/Team Structure」 ■Development Environment The development languages and tools used vary from project to project. The main development environments used are as follows ・Design: Figma ・Front-end: React(Next.js), Vue.js(NuxtJS), jQuery, Chakra UI, Bootstrap ・Server side: Go, Java(Play Framework), Python(Django), Ruby(Rails) ・Infrastructure: GCP, AWS ・Source code management: GitHub Enterprise ・Project management: Zenhub, JIRA ・Document management: Confluence ・Communication: Zoom, Slack ■Team Structure The Development Group consists of the following functional teams. ・SS/INF Development Team : Currently 6 people (1 tech lead/5 members)  - Mainly server side and infrastructure development, with front-end development as needed ・UI/UX Development Team : Currently 5 members (1 leader / 1 designer / 3 FE)  - Mainly design and front-end development, with server-side development as needed
Required Skills
〇Required ・Experience developing systems using web frameworks ・Experience developing APIs such as HTTP, Rest, GraphQL, etc. ・Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation on public clouds such as AWS and GCP 〇Preferred ・Experience in DevOps (workflow around Git, CI/CD, etc.) ・Experience in data analysis (machine learning, big data related) ・Experience in service system operations (monitoring, trouble-shooting) ■Attraction of this position ・You can propose new technologies and methods. ・You can develop services in close proximity to users. ・You can choose which projects and tasks to participate in according to your own discretion. ・You can participate in front-end and design work as well as back-end and infrastructure work.
