Job Description: ・Recruiting Background Six years ago, we brought our engineering organization in-house to advance our business by adding the essence of technology to an organization that excelled in business development with a focus on marketing and sales skills. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to revitalize our internal development organization in contrast to our business discipline, as we expect further growth and changes in our business and organization in the future. ・Job Description The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing each development team and will be involved in fostering the culture of the development organization and designing systems. The mission is to be committed to the growth of the team and its members, to make the entire development organization excited and enjoyable to work in, and to achieve maximum results as an organization. You can also participate in the team and work as a playing manager while developing. Eventually, you will also be entrusted with organizational management of other business units. Organizing the development team and systems (organizational design and culture development), and communicating with other departments and upper management to achieve these goals. Management of each team member (1-on-1, goal setting, and support for team member growth) Feedback to team members Development of applications for the team in charge (optional) Design and operation of evaluation system Designing the growth process of the entire engineering organization ・Development environment Languages: Java, SpringBoot, Kotlin, GO, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Laravel, Elixir, Phoenix, javascript, TypeScript PHP,Laravel,Elixir,Phoenix,javascript,TypeScript,Vue JS,React JS Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Heroku, Docker, Ansible, New Relic, mackerel, Fluentd Others: Circle CI,Travis CI,GitHub,JIRA,Slack,esa.io etc... ・Other environment Flextime system (core time: 12:00-16:00) Technical books are available for purchase.
