Job Description: 【Your Role】 As a planner and designer of U.S. equity trading systems for Japanese clients using English, you will assist in project management of improvements, additions, and renewals of existing services. You will be responsible for supporting the role of project management by communicating with other departments within the company, clarifying the direction of systemization, and translating it into English requirements. ※It is necessary to understand the differences in culture and development methods between Japan and the U.S., and to bring together the opinions of both sides to guide the project in the right direction. Therefore, the company is looking for someone who can correctly convey the company's requirements when communicating with U.S. stock outsourcing partners. 【Recruitment Background】 Among the many financial products available, "stock investment" boasts a high level of popularity. Until recently, much attention was paid to Japanese stocks, but in recent years, the popularity of U.S. stocks has been gradually increasing due to their remarkable growth potential. The company has long recognized the potential of U.S. equities and has enhanced its services by becoming the No. 1 online securities firm in terms of the number of stocks it handles, offering an affordable commission structure, and introducing a variety of order methods. Due to the increasing importance of U.S. stock trading, the company needs to focus on expanding and improving the convenience of its services, and is looking for a new member to be in charge of project management using English. 【Attraction of this position】 Team members are multinational, from the U.S., France, England, Ukraine, China, India... and communicate actively in English. Agile system development is the basic approach, and the company is willing to accept young members as well as experienced upper-level employees. Even those with limited system development PM experience will be supported by team members so that they will be able to play an active role as a PM in the future and lead U.S. equity projects.
