Job Description: 【Overview】 You will be responsible for the planning, construction, and operation of the system infrastructure centered on the database for “payment services,” which are considered important in the FinTech field. 【Your Role】 The company's comprehensive payment services are already an important part of the social infrastructure despite being a venture, providing financial services that connect companies and people in all aspects of e-commerce, finance, and the public sector. Through the work of the database engineer who protects the company's payment services, you will gain knowledge/experience of the IT infrastructure of an important and large-scale payment service and be exposed to advanced FinTech technology and topics in the payment industry. In addition, you will be able to develop your career as an IT engineer/administrator who supports the company's continuous growth as well as business growth as it aims to achieve 25% operating profit growth every year. ・General management operations including planning/construction and operation monitoring of infrastructure systems related to payment services ・Selection of infrastructure technologies/products (server network/storage/software) and implementation of solutions by combining them ・Planning/construction/operation of new service infrastructure in cooperation with application development staff ・Negotiation/direction with external vendors/major companies in each industry 【Careers to experience / Skills to acquire】 ◇Work with a sense of speed In this rapidly changing payment industry, the company promotes decision-making, planning, and implementation with a sense of speed that cannot be found in large companies. Required Skills: 【MUST】*Meet any of the following ・Experience in system design, construction and operation management using Oracle or MySQL ・Experience related to database software at a maintenance vendor 【WANT】*Meet any of the following ・Experience with mission-critical systems such as financial institutions and credit card companies ・Experience in building and operating cluster configurations with OracleRAC and data synchronization configurations with DataGuard ・OracleMasterGold certification ・Experience in database performance tuning ・Experience in system construction and development using OSS *For whom: Interest in AI (the latest IT technologies and tools) in order to accelerate our efforts to become the No. 1 AI application corporate group. 【Ideal Applicants】・Able to take action to achieve goals by communicating spontaneously and involving all parties involved, both inside and outside the company, in projects, etc. ・Have a strong sense of responsibility and motivation for designing and building systems that support social infrastructure. ・Curiosity and a willingness to take on challenges ・Combines charm (humanity, courtesy, and integrity) with IQ (logical thinking and problem-solving skills)
