Job Description: Service design, the company's core business, refers to the comprehensive design of not only the product itself, but also the overall customer experience, including when the product is not in use, as well as the organization and structure to realize it. In new services, updates to existing services, and digital product development, you will draw up the ideal state of the service and the ideal experience from the user's perspective, both online and offline, and connect it to design and web application/product construction. The company offers a comprehensive range of services from UX consulting to implementation. The company's designers (art directors and designers) realize, from a design perspective, the ideal state of the service and the ideal experience envisioned by the entire team, including the client, in-house designers, engineers, UX designers, and members of the overseas office. For this purpose, they participate not only in the design process but also in all stages of the project, including user research (impression surveys, orientation surveys), workshops, UI design, implementation reviews, prototyping, user testing, etc., as experts in expression. In the design process, the art director mainly draws the world view and concept and defines the best communication with users. However, in this designer position, you will work side by side with the art director to create the design. Eventually, the designer will be involved in the project as an art director. The best tool is selected for each project.
