Job Description: The company is engaged in mechanical design and analysis projects for a variety of products, including automobiles, aerospace, home appliances, robots, medical equipment, and industrial machinery. You will be in charge of designing and developing products from the introduction to the growth phase of the product lifecycle, so you can be involved in cutting-edge technologies and enhance your design skills as an engineer. You can utilize the experience you have cultivated to become a specialist in your field, or you can apply your experience to broaden your design skills for many other areas. 【Responsibilities】 ■Automotive Structural Design of Inverter for Automotive (EV) Structural design of housing for automotive lithium-ion battery pack Design of cell gaskets for next-generation FC vehicles Development of racing engines and vehicles Vibration and fluid analysis for engine development Element development, functional parts design, and new product design for A/T and CVT Design of automotive body parts Mounting design of electronic components such as cameras and millimeter wave radars Design of automobile interior parts (instrument panels, consoles, etc.) Design of quick chargers and EV power stations ■Other Transportation Aircraft Design of composite parts for aircraft engines CFD analysis (thermal fluid, structure) of aircraft engines Mechanical design of next-generation rocket pump Mechanical design of electric motors for rolling stock and other structures Structural design of linear and high-speed rail vehicles Design of engines for outboard motors ■Industrial Machinery and Medical Equipment Development and design work for optional units for unmanned transport vehicles Mechanism design of transfer unit for semiconductor manufacturing equipment Development work for new models of next-generation optical processing machines Mechanical design of EV motor manufacturing equipment Development and design of IoT-compatible production equipment Design and development of robots for advanced medical research Mechanical design of laser surgery equipment for ocular surgery Structural design of MRI (magnetic resonance tomography) and CT (computed tomography) equipment ■Home Appliances and OA Mechanism design for 4K projectors, home robots, and new business products Structural design of digital multifunction devices Structural and housing design for smartphones and tablets Structural design of large indoor units, outdoor units, and optional accessories for air conditioners Design of mechanical parts for room air conditioners Conceptual and mechanical design of washing machines Housing design of household fuel cell systems

Required Skills: ■Required ・3+ years of experience in mechanical design ・Experience with any of the following tools 　3D-CAD: CATIA V5, I-DEAS, NX, Creo3 (Pro-E), SolidWorks, other 3D-CAD 　2D-CAD: Auto-CAD, ME10, CADAM 　Analysis tools: ABAQUS, ANSYS, NASTRAN, MATLAB ■Preferred Experience in mechanical, structural, and chassis design for automobiles, home appliances, telecommunications equipment, industrial machinery, medical equipment, etc. Experience in various types of analysis (structural, vibration, thermal, fluid, etc.)
