Job Description: 【Recruitment Background】 The company aims to use data to visualize the hidden value of cities, allowing their true potential to flourish and enriching the lives of their residents. While Tokyo's commercial real estate market is the largest in the world, the fact that its data is often buried is a little-known barrier to building better cities. What if people worldwide could recognize Japan's true value and use data to leverage its resources? It would open up a future where the economy thrives and cities become globally competitive. This is the future the company wants to realize through its purpose: "Unlocking the true value of industries." To achieve this purpose, the company secured a significant Series B funding round in October 2024. In January 2025, it accelerated its AI initiatives by launching an AI Lab for real estate. By combining its accumulated data and software with AI technology, the company is taking on the challenge of developing and providing AI solutions for the leasing, sales, and urban development sectors. This work will help create leasing and sales transactions that were not possible with traditional methods. In line with this, the company is now recruiting members to join its Real Estate AI Lab and help build this business. You'll be in an environment where you can seize emerging business opportunities and tackle cutting-edge challenges. 【Responsibilities】 ①Driving Rapid Delivery with Software Engineering ・Design and implement systems that ensure models and data pipelines run stably in a production environment. ・Build and operate an MLOps framework, including CI/CD, monitoring, and alert design. ・Collaborate with other product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications. ②Planning & Developing New Products to Maximize Customer Value ・Identify AI use cases and needs by working with business teams. ・Lead the planning of AI products, from PoC to MVP development. ・Drive product growth by continuously focusing on delivering value to the market and customers. 【What You'll Gain in This Role】・High-Impact Development with Japan's Largest Real Estate Data: You'll have numerous opportunities to leverage a massive commercial real estate dataset that the company has built from the ground up. In a field with significant room for industry-wide innovation, you'll see the direct impact your models and products have on the large-scale real estate market and its business workflows. ・Planning & Developing Multiple New AI Products: You'll be involved in the entire process, from Proof of Concept (PoC) to MVP development and service launch. This offers the unique experience of designing and building new services from scratch that will help streamline real estate operations, which have traditionally been very analog. ・Apply Cutting-Edge Technology to Real-World Problems: You'll work in an environment that encourages you to stay current with the latest trends and use cases of Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. You'll be expected to actively research and verify the newest technologies and apply them directly to your work. With ongoing efforts to build out the data infrastructure and MLOps environment, you'll also have the chance to hone a wide range of engineering skills, including cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline construction. This work can even lead to publishing papers, presenting at conferences, and filing patents for your innovations.
