Job Description: 【Responsibilities】 As a member in charge of system development for the company's new energy-related business for mobility companies, you will support business expansion. ■Development and operation of EV charging system ・You will work be responsible for the speedy addition and operation of system functions, including weekly releases, as well as the research and implementation of various solutions to business issues, with a development team of less than 10 people consisting of a mixture of employees and external partners. ・EV Vehicle Charging System GO-Charge A service system that allows users to search for quick chargers located throughout the city via the Web or smart phone and smoothly recharge their vehicles. Reservations can also be made. ・EV Taxi Charging Planning System An ambitious system that collects and controls real-time information from chargers, smart meters, and EV vehicles as IoT, and uses AI to plan the optimal allocation of cab operating efficiency, charger usage efficiency, and electricity costs. ・Research, PoC system development, PoC implementation, and commercialization for GX business expansion Participate as a technical staff member in the top-level study of new areas for business expansion. Concretize what needs to be done, and implement and operate it by yourself. e.g.) Overall design in cooperation with the business division when collaborating with storage batteries, solar power management systems, and various mobility players. 【Technologies & Tools Used】 Infrastructure: AWS EKS+in-house k8s infrastructure (docker), RDS (PostgreSQL), BigQuery *SRE team in charge of infrastructure Application: Java17/Spring Boot 3/JPA, Go/echo/sqlx, REST+JSON, React/React MUI+TypeScript Others: GitHub/GitHub Action/Copilot, VS Code, Sentry, Confluence, Grafana, Redash, Python FastAPI (some tools and servers)

Required Skills: ■Required Meet all of the following 4+ years of web-based engineering experience, 5+ years of server-side development experience Experience in all of the following processes for in-house developed products (those servicing external customers), rather than contracted work Requirements hearing, systemization scope determination, architecture design, application specification determination, application design, implementation, testing, operation design, operation, fault handling, and inquiry response Experience in developing web systems using Go language, Java 8 or later (Spring Boot), and React Or those who can catch up Experience developing and operating Linux-based web applications on AWS or GCP Experience in team development (Git required, pull request based peer review, and flexibility in assigning tasks while being aware of other team members' tasks) ■Preferred Experience with power management systems, chargers and smart meters, vehicle data collection systems, various equipment monitoring systems, or services with IoT elements Experience with Android/Flutter application development, Go language or Python language experience ■Ideal Application Empathy with the evolution of the mobility field and its contribution to society, and the ability to commit to the service itself, not just the technology.
