Job Description: Givery AI Lab was established to implement AI that truly solves customers' problems. By combining the potential of AI technology with the company's “Give & Give” spirit, it aims to build a structure to enrich people's lives and become an indispensable AI implementation group for the world. "The Givery AI Lab is a “co-creation laboratory development organization” that supports development projects utilizing generative AI. In addition, it also conducts its own LLM development and AI Agent development utilizing the data infrastructure in its own products such as Track, DECA, and MANA. 【Client Examples】・Development of AI solutions for automobile and housing equipment manufacturers: Developed industry-specific solutions using generative AI (prototype development to implementation) ・Creation of a dedicated AI environment for a major bank: Created a dedicated environment for “appropriate information management” and “incorporation of in-house original documents and data” based on on-site needs. ・AI implementation for in-house products: Development of original LLM using the data base in the company's own products 【Responsibilities】 1. Management Serve as a servant leader to support the team Evaluate team and individual performance and facilitate professional growth through feedback and mentoring Recruiting new engineering talent - onboarding 2. Improve the development process Develop and execute engineering strategies, plans, and roadmaps consistent with company vision and goals Manage design, development and testing to meet quality standards, best practices and customer requirements Manage resources and project timelines Continuously improve engineering processes and tools to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity 3. People Management Work with cross-functional teams including product management, stakeholders, and designers to align goals and deliverables 4. Corporate Management Work with other managers to ensure alignment of goals and objectives across teams Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and develop strategies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation

Required Skills: 【Required】 7+ years of experience in the engineering field (3+ years of which as a manager) and experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports Proven track record of managing successful projects Understanding of engineering best practices, methodologies, and tools such as Agile/Scrum, test automation, CI/CD, etc. Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, and compliance requirements Experience developing products using LLM (side projects are welcome!) Business level English and Japanese language skills 【Preferred】 10+ years of engineering experience Experience launching products and services from scratch Experience operating applications that scale in a production environment

Required Language Skills
