Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the front-end development team for the web service development of "ebookjapan." The team consists of approximately five members. Development is conducted entirely in-house for the company's own service, using a tech stack that includes Vue.js and Node.js. ■Responsibilities ・Front-end development of the "ebookjapan" web service ・Formulation of technical strategies aligned with the organization's vision and goals ・Resolution of technical issues ・Promotion of new technologies and tools, and establishment of best practices ・Project planning, execution, support, and progress management ・Optimization of resources and achievement of goals within deadlines ・Development of the engineering team and support for member growth ・Strategy planning to set and achieve team goals ・Communication and information sharing with stakeholders and both internal and external teams ・Creation and execution of a long-term technical roadmap ■Development Environment (Languages, Architecture, Development Methods, Tools, etc.) ・Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript ・Libraries & Packages: Node.js, TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Pinia, Jest, express.js, Scss, Playwright ・Tools: GitHub Enterprise, Screwdriver.cd, Jira, Confluence, Slack ・Development Devices: Devices will be arranged based on desired specifications confirmed prior to joining, in accordance with internal policies. External monitors and testing devices are also provided.

Required Skills: 【Required】・Experience as an Engineering Manager for a team of three or more members ・3+ years of experience in web frontend development ・3+ years of development experience using either Vue.js or React ・3+ years of development experience using either Next.js or Nuxt.js ・Experience in developing web APIs ・Experience in developing test code using Jest or Vitest ・Experience in team or project management ・Experience in mentoring and supporting team members’ career growth 【Preferred】・Experience with development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum ・Leadership experience in large-scale projects involving 30 or more member ・Experience using Redis as a caching server ・Experience improving site performance, including Core Web Vitals ・Experience using cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud ・Experience using Kubernetes ・Understanding of UI/UX design to enhance user experience ・Data analysis skills to support decision-making through data utilization 【Ideal Applicants】・Able to prioritize teamwork and communicate effectively ・Capable of thoroughly considering and practicing a user-first approach ・Highly motivated to improve technical skills and committed to delivering high-quality products ・Possesses a business-oriented mindset and can contribute to the growth of the service ・Maintains a consistently positive attitude and works toward achieving team goals togethe
