Job Description: Alongside the company's current business ventures in [Gaming Business] and [Gaming x Matching Business], they have launched a new business to expand into further entertainment domains. This team, currently in the project launch phase, is developing with a small, elite group of members who collaborate closely, exchanging ideas across roles and titles to work as one cohesive unit. They are seeking individuals to join this new business team as early members, to create entirely new value that has never existed in the world! 【Responsibilities】・Development using C# and MySQL. ・Architecture design and implementation. ・Technology verification and selection. Additionally, depending on your preferences and experience, you may also be entrusted with roles such as: ・Tech Lead ・Engineering Manager

Required Skills: 【Required】・3+ years of experience with RDBMS (1+ year with MySQL). ・Tuning experience and security knowledge. ・Experience tuning MySQL (TiDB) and ability to identify and suggest improvements by examining queries. ・Experience with services handling hundreds of thousands of Daily Active Users (DAU). 【Tech Stack】・Language: C# ・Development Engine: Unity ・Version Control: Git ・Internal Tools: Notion, etc. 【Preferred】 The following experience is a plus: ・Experience in designing and implementing measures for rendering and communication load. ・Social game development experience. ・Experience with asynchronous programming. ・Experience in implementing and releasing in-app purchases. ・Team leader experience in multi-person development.
