Job Description: 【Recruitment Background】 The company is looking for an engineer who can play an active role at the core of the company as it expands its own services and receives an increasing number of contracts. 【Responsibilities】 As a System Engineer, you'll be responsible for the following tasks. Although the company is a systems company, it is also an interesting company that is taking on the challenge of various businesses that are not limited to development alone. ■System Development Business The company primarily focuses on the development and operation of its in-house services. For business system development, they leverage the expertise cultivated through their own services. They excel at providing one-stop system development, from requirements definition to operation and maintenance, ensuring the creation of systems that effectively support daily business operations. ■Coworking Space Operation The company operates "Yokorabo Tenjin," a coworking space boasting over 100 tsubo (approximately 3,500 sq ft) of floor space in Tenjin, the heart of Fukuoka. The system development office shares the same floor as the coworking space, allowing internal team members to use the coworking facilities anytime. It's also not uncommon for new business discussions and collaborations to arise from encounters with clients met at the coworking space.

Required Skills: 【MUST】 Experience in development using one of the following technologies: ・Experience in PHP development (3+ years) ・Experience in working with laravel and other frameworks. 【Preferred】・Experience in upstream processes (requirements definition, design, project management, etc.) ・Experience from requirements hearing with clients and stakeholders to release ・Experience in team development (task division, progress management, quality assurance, etc.) ・Management experience 【Ideal Applicants】・Able to communicate with others and solve problems. ・Always aiming to improve their skills and never failing to learn on their own.
