This division was established to implement truly valuable AI in society from a customer-first perspective, aiming to become an indispensable AI implementation team. We are looking for colleagues who share this vision and want to build the future of AI together. ■Job Description You will work on "system development to promote clients' use of generative AI" and "AI system development for in-house solutions." ・Developing custom AI prototypes for specific client use cases ・Developing and implementing generative AI features in SaaS products ・From model selection to multimodal implementation of RAG / fine-tuning ・Agile development based on PoC results ・Improving RAG accuracy (LLM implementation) ■Grow faster and smarter with AI ・Make full use of the latest generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Devin and Dify ・AI is embedded from development to testing, achieving speed and accuracy beyond what humans alone can reach ・Take on new development methods such as "Waterfall 2.0" (a fusion of waterfall and agile) ・Plenty of opportunities to be involved in technology selection and architecture design ■Example Project Building a dedicated in-house environment for a regional bank to link generative AI with internal data in an offline work environment, with expected annual savings of approx. 1.2 billion yen. ■Career Path You can choose to pursue the path of a technical expert or a management career. Some members have been promoted to executive officer within six months of joining. ■About the Team The team is a "co-creation lab development organization" that comprehensively supports development projects utilizing generative AI. Its work ranges from driving projects with clients to AI implementation and AI agent development for the group's own products (HR Tech / Marketing DX / AX). Required Skills: ■Required ・3+ years of practical development experience across the frontend and backend of web applications ・3+ years of practical development experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, and React ■Preferred ・Experience developing/operating in-house services ・Experience building and operating systems using AWS or GCP ・Experience leading a development team, e.g. technology selection, defining development guidelines, code reviews ■Ideal Candidate ・Enjoys team-based development ・Wants to improve skills by adopting the latest technology trends ・Can work autonomously and deliver value in a remote environment
