Job Description: 【About the Security Office】 The Security Office's mission is to strengthen the security of the entire company, and it is involved in formulating and executing security strategies, as well as conducting awareness campaigns across the organization. It handles various tasks such as network monitoring, detection of unauthorized access, formulation and implementation of security policies, and internal security training. In addition, it takes swift and appropriate action in the event of information security problems or incidents. 【Recruitment Background】 The company is expanding its business globally in each of its segments. The company needs to adapt to the global environment and is hiring to strengthen security and reduce operational risks to its global business. 【Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for information security to manage the risks associated with the company's globalization and to protect data. Specifically: ・Formulation and implementation of information security policies and rules for overseas offices. ・Planning and execution of security measures compliant with the regulations and laws of each country. ・Development of preventive, detection, and response measures against cyberattacks. ・Incident response and management of security incidents. ・Implementation of education and training on information security. ・Conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments. ・Strengthening collaboration and communication with各部門 (kakubumon - each department) and overseas offices. 【Organizational Structure】 The Security Office has a total of nine members. There are two groups, one specializing in management and promotion and the other specializing in technology, with three members in the group specializing in management and promotion to be assigned. 【Job Satisfaction】・The company currently has several overseas businesses and will continue to expand its global operations. This position allows you to leverage your English skills to support these businesses as the need for English proficiency increases. ・The Security Office handles security risk management, system development support, incident response, employee training, and more, offering opportunities to be involved in a wide range of tasks. ・The company's services are used by many people both domestically and internationally. To address new threats and attack methods, it provides a challenging environment that facilitates skill development.

Required Skills: ・Business level English proficiency (TOEIC(R) test score of 700 or above or English work experience) ・Knowledge of international information security standards ・Experience in information security operations (policy and rule formulation, etc.) ・Experience in CSIRT operations
