Job Description: 【Overview】 The company provides a direct recruiting service for new science graduates. The company is looking for an AI engineer who can engage in a wide range of AI development tasks, aiming to improve the value of its products by making full use of AI technology. Specifically, you will promote the advancement of services using LLM (large-scale language models) and machine learning, the development of data utilization infrastructure, and the integration of AI into products. 【Responsibilities】 ●General AI development ・Design and development of AI models utilizing natural language processing (NLP), such as automatic generation of scout sentences and matching models ・Development of recommendation systems and prediction models to improve user experience ・Analysis and model building using large-scale data ●AI integration into products ・Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI functions into front-end and back-end applications ・Monitoring and improving the performance of AI models in production ●Construction and operation of AI infrastructure ・Deployment, operation, and monitoring of AI models in cloud environment ・Deployment of MLOps and optimization of operational flow ●Technology Research and Innovation ・Research and implement the latest AI/machine learning technologies and tools ・Share knowledge and provide technical leadership within the company 【Ideal Applicants】・Passionate about improving their services and proactive in solving problems ・Able to work not only in the area of AI, but also in web development necessary for product development. ・Able to quickly absorb knowledge of LLM and AI technologies and apply it to products ・Focus on data-driven decision making and develop products from the user's point of view. ・Good at collaborating with other disciplines (PM, designers, engineers) 【Scope of Change in Operations】 Other complete set of work related to company services and operations. 【Working style】 In principle, fully remote work

Required Skills: 【Required】・Experience developing AI/machine learning models in Python ・Working experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies ・Experience building deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch ・Experience with projects utilizing LLM ・Experience in data analysis and building data pipelines (SQL, ETL tools, etc.) ・Experience deploying AI models in a cloud environment ・Experience developing web applications 【Preferred】・Experience in designing recommendation systems and matching algorithms ・Hands-on experience with data labeling and feature engineering ・Experience with MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines ・Deep knowledge of mathematics (statistics, linear algebra, probability theory) ・Knowledge and experience with Scrum development ・Experience in recruitment related services or human resources industry
