Job Description: You will be involved in the development of web applications for the company's products, including the addition of new functions, performance improvement, technical improvements, and renewal, from requirement definition, design, development, testing, and operation and maintenance, including server-side and front-end development. 【Example】 1. Functional development 　- Requirement definition - design - development - testing - release operations 2. Creation and review of development deliverables 　- Creation and review of specifications and design documents 　- Code review 3. Support department inquiries 　- Respond to inquiries and work requests 　- Troubleshooting and investigating defects 4. Follow-up with team members 　- Follow up with team members (technical and behavioral) etc. Development environment *Combination of any of the following. Languages used: PHP, JavaScript Middleware: Apache Frameworks and libraries: Vue.js, Flow Database: MySQL IDE: PhpStorm Code review: Pull Request-based code review Methodology: Agile, Scrum Version Management system: GitHub CI, testing: GitHub Actions, PHPUnit, PHPStan, Selenium Infrastructure: AWS PC: laptop PC (Windows or Mac selectable) Display: 2 wide displays provided Development system Team development will be done by a team of about 3~4 people per team, and most of them are full-time employees. * The system may differ depending on the product you are in charge of. Example roles: - Product Owner - Scrum Master - Tech Lead (Technical Specialist) - Server Side Engineer - Front End Engineer - Full Stack Engineer *The company is looking for a full-stack engineer to work on the server side and front end in parallel. You will also work with designers, infrastructure engineers, product marketing managers, customer support, and other departments. The company divides its work between management and specialists. 　？Management: PM/PdM work (progress management, resource management, member training, improvement activities, etc.) 　・Specialist: development technology lead, technology training, technology dissemination, etc.

Required Skills: 【Required】・Experience in web application development using Java or PHP. ・Experience with JavaScript + modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, Nuxt.js, Next.js, etc.) 【Preferred】・Experience in improving development processes, automation, defect analysis, etc. ・Handling inquiries from users and support departments ・Experience as a team leader ・Experience in DevOps and operations ・Experience in offshore development ・Blogging and technical speaking presentations at external study groups
