Job Description: Responsibilities You'll be involved in the design of their in-house products, creating their core value. You'll participate in every step, from initial concept development to mass production support, collaborating with other departments. As a professional, you'll contribute to the product's design from the overall concept down to the finest details, acting as a key player in building the brand. You'll also commit to maximizing the department's output by working cooperatively within the team. This is a position for a design specialist, so they welcome candidates with a proven track record that is recognized by both themselves and others as a designer. Specifically: ・Proposing new products and guiding them through to design finalization. ・Creating 2D and 3D data for specific design shapes. ・Collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to bring the final product to fruition. ・Managing CMF (Color, Material, Finish) control and ensuring product quality optimization. *Since this is a small, elite team, your discretion and responsibility will be significant, requiring a high degree of proactiveness and negotiation skills. Desired Experience & Abilities ・Unconventional and free-thinking creativity, coupled with a passion for manufacturing. ・The ability to independently execute tasks from initial product ideation to on-site mass production support. ・The ability to independently propose ideal designs from the new product planning stage. ・Experience in designing and mass-producing products using injection molding.

Required Skills: Required ・Extensive practical experience as a Product Designer. ・High proficiency in ideation, execution, and problem-solving as a designer. ・Ability to communicate designs and ideas concisely and clearly through sketches and writing. ・Design skills using 3D modeling software. *No specific 3D modeling software is required. You can discuss and arrange for the necessary software after joining the company to best utilize your abilities. Preferred ・Practical experience at both a manufacturing company and a design agency. ・International design experience.

Required Language Skills
