Job Description: You'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the company's in-house systems. ・Developing systems using English. ・Improving existing investment information systems. ・Large-scale system development, including building new services. ・Investigation, testing, and troubleshooting related to system maintenance. *You'll also engage in English-based work with the team responsible for Tradestation, a U.S. group company. 【Position Highlights】 ▼Global Team: The group boasts a diverse, multinational team with members from the U.S., India, Ukraine, Greece, Thailand, Taiwan, China, the Philippines, and more. If you're looking to use or improve your English skills in a professional setting, this environment is ideal due to the high frequency of English usage. ▼Agile Development: You'll gain experience in Agile system development, which is a rare opportunity within financial systems. 【Career Path】 ■Initial Stage (Gaining Business Understanding & Skills) You'll deepen your understanding of the product, system architecture, and individual components through hands-on system development. You'll code assigned tasks, reviewing them with team members, and master fundamental development procedures and operations. The goal is to build strong technical problem-solving skills. ■Mid-Term Stage (Proactive Proposal & Implementation) For each requirement, you'll independently propose technical solutions based on the system architecture and specifications, leading the design and implementation. You'll take on more advanced development challenges by collaborating with your team and other departments. 　・For those with a specialist ambition: You'll leverage your deep understanding of specific technologies and architectures to lead technical problem-solving and contribute to improving quality and efficiency. 　・For those with a management ambition: You'll focus on maximizing team output by driving development projects, supporting members, and conducting reviews. ■Long-Term Stage (Strategic Planning & Value Creation) You'll partner with business departments and Product Managers, handling everything from organizing requirements and selecting technologies to designing architecture and formulating roadmaps. By overseeing the entire system and making optimal technical decisions for the business, you'll drive product growth and contribute significantly to the organization. You'll operate as a technical leader with influence both inside and outside the company. ▼Training Environment This team also focuses on nurturing junior members. Even if you have limited system development experience, the team members will provide thorough support to help you understand the entire market information system and become capable of handling tasks across all phases, from upstream to downstream.

Required Skills: 【Required】・Experience with Agile development. ・1+ year of experience developing frontend or backend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, or a statically typed runtime language like C#. ・Experience using modern JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Next.js. ・Business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). ・Business-level proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 equivalent) 【Preferred】・Project management experience in system development projects. ・Experience with cloud databases (AWS). ・Experience as a full-stack engineer. ・Knowledge of major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
