Job Description: ■Job Overview You'll be responsible for the design and development of drones for both indoor and outdoor use. Your role will involve identifying improvements for autonomous flight drone systems currently under development, planning development schedules, and handling the entire development process from research and development to product development. Beyond just development, you'll also conduct technical research to support your work. ■Responsibilities Defining specifications for outdoor drones, charging stations, and peripheral equipment. Designing the exterior and mechanical components of outdoor drones, charging stations, and peripheral equipment. Evaluating prototypes. Addressing remaining issues and customer requests for launched products. Required Skills: ■Required 5+ years of practical experience in mechanical design Experience in designing equipment that requires dustproof, waterproof, and weatherproofing ■Preferred Experience in drone design Experience in robot development and robot contests 5+ years of mechatronics design experience 5+ years of project leadership experience Experience in designing and launching mass production of small volume products (about 100 units/year) Experience in designing precision small devices 5+ years of experience handling mass production defects Mechanical and plant drafting technician, level 2 certified Fusion 360 use Experience with Fusion 360 ■Ideal Applicants Empathy with the company's mission Able to communicate proactively and bring others together Able to develop from scratch after reviewing the system Able to develop based on flexible ideas without being bound by existing or new technologies Have a sense of responsibility and ownership, and be able to tackle difficult issues with perseverance.
